RANCH CLUB ORDER PROCESSING

Depending on the day your subscription order runs, you will default to either that week's shipping, home delivery or free pickup, if your order processes by the order dates listed above. If your order runs after any of the above deadlines in red, your order will process the following week. 

BEEF SHARE ORDER PROCESSING

Beef share orders do not fall under the same pickup or home delivery schedules listed above. Shares can only be picked up directly from us at the Meridian Park and Ride (3047 W Overland Rd, Meridian, ID) from 4-6 pm on the designated pickup date.

Our ultimate goal at Thomas Cattle Company is to provide premium all natural Angus beef, direct to your doorstep, to feed and fuel your family.  All of our beef is USDA inspected and frozen for ultimate freshness and flavor.

Currently, we ship our beef every Tuesday. Orders must be placed by 12 pm MST on Monday to be included in Tuesday shipping.  Once your order is placed you will receive an email with an invoice, tracking number, and expected date of delivery. All products are currently shipped through UPS. Any non-perishable items purchased from TCC will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.  Non-perishable items will be delivered through USPS.

We recommend protecting your TCC beef order with Shipping Protection. 

Due to inconsistencies in shipping, once the product leaves the ranch, we have little to no control with the package. This protects your investment and helps our small business prevent loss and reduce additional expenses that are outside of our control. 

Currently TCC only delivers to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, all shipments REQUIRE a valid physical street address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and verify the correct shipping address. Thomas Cattle Company is not responsible for damage to the products if a recipient is not available to accept the shipment at time of delivery. We do our best to communicate the timeframe for shipping, so you are able to grab it off the porch and freeze it immediately.  We ship without a required signature to ensure your product arrives in a timely manner and is left on your doorstep for you to grab. The billing customer is responsible for ensuring that a recipient will be available for delivery. It is highly recommended you monitor the package to ensure that it can be received by you or a designated recipient.

Beef Shipping Prices

Due to the sensitive nature of our perishable beef product, we have worked hard to create a shipping process that is fast and efficient. We ship our beef directly from the ranch in Oreana, Idaho, to your front doorstep. Flat rate beef shipping prices are based on distances from our address. 

Most of the beef will arrive frozen though some slight thawing may occur.  As long as the beef is under 40 degrees Fahrenheit, it is still safe to consume according to USDA guidelines. Please place all frozen beef into the freezer as soon as you receive it.  

Our goal is to have it arrive completely frozen but there are some items outside of our control such as weather or natural disasters.  We will do our best to communicate and will also provide tracking information to each customer for tracking purposes. 

It is requested that our customers order at least 8 pounds of beef so that the beef stays as frozen as possible.  We will ship it with dry ice. Amounts less than 8 lbs. tend to defrost too quickly.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, any beef purchased may not be returned. If you are unsatisfied with a product or experienced any delivery issues, please contact us at service@thomascattlecompany.com and we will work with you to make it right.
