Beef Shipments to Your Doorstep:


Available within the lower 48 states. We ship every Monday, to arrive on your doorstep on Tuesday or Wednesday that week.

All shipping orders need to be processed the Sunday before shipping at 3 PM to be available for shipping.

Treasure Valley Home Delivery:

We deliver to homes in the Treasure Valley every Thursday and Friday between 8 am - 7 pm. 

When checking out, choose the 'shipping' option and enter your home address, on the next screen, if your zip code falls within our delivery radius, Home Delivery will show up as an option under the drop down. 

If you are the first 30 to order and select Home Delivery, you will be included in Thursday's route, and all orders after that will be on Friday's route. Your email communication will indicate which day we'll be delivering to you. 

All TV home delivery orders need to be processed the Tuesday before delivery at 3 PM to be available for delivery.

Towns we deliver to: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Garden City, Nampa, Kuna, Middleton, and Caldwell

Treasure Valley Local Pickup:

If you prefer a free local pickup in the Treasure Valley, please see the schedule below.  A TCC team member will be at each specified location with your TCC beef order, ready to take home.  

You will receive an email with full details after you place your order. 

All TV local pickup orders need to be processed the Friday before pickup at 3 PM to be available for free pickup.

Ranch Club & Subscription Order Processing:

Depending on the day your subscription order runs, you will default to either that week's shipping, home delivery or free pickup, if your order processes by the order dates listed above. If your order runs after any of the above deadlines in red, your order will process the following week. 

Beef Share Order Processing:

Beef share orders do not fall under the same pickup or home delivery schedules listed above. Shares can only be picked up directly from us at the Meridian Park and Ride (3047 W Overland Rd, Meridian, ID) from 4-6 pm on the designated pickup date.
