Ingredients
- 2 TCC New York steaks
- 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 cloves crushed garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat grill to medium high heat
Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste
In a saucepan on the stove at medium low heat, melt butter
Once butter is melted add garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant
Thread 6 shrimp onto each skewer and season with salt and pepper
Cook steaks on grill for 8-10 minutes per side until 130 degrees F
Remove steaks from grill and rest about 10 minutes
While steaks are resting grill shrimp for about a minute per side until pink
Serve with garlic butter and enjoy
