Our ground beef comes vacuum-sealed in 1 lb. packs (or more for bulk orders), ensuring long shelf life and freshness. Everything is flash-frozen and labeled for easy identification in your freezer.

What is the fat content of your ground beef?

Our standard ground beef is approximately 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio. Specialty blends like our Ground Chuck and Ancestral Blend have slightly different ratios for optimal flavor and texture.

Is your beef grass-fed or grain-finished?

Our cattle are raised on open pastures and finished with a carefully managed grain & alfalfa program for enhanced marbling and flavor. This approach gives our ground beef its rich, buttery texture while maintaining our commitment to natural, humane ranching.
