Ingredients
- 4 Thomas cattle frozen burger patties
- 4 buns
- Salt and pepper
- 4 oz goat cheese
- Huckleberry jam
- Baby arugula

1 red onion thinly sliced

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup water

1T sugar

1T coarse sea salt
Quick Pickled red onions
Directions
Quick Pickled red onions
- Pack onions into mason jar
- Pour vinegar mixture into mason jar with onions
- Boil other ingredients together on the stove until dissolved
- Seal jar and let cool in fridge for at least 30 minutes
Burger
Preheat grill to medium high
Place burgers on and season with salt and pepper
When you see juices pool after a few minutes flip burger
Season other side with salt and pepper
After a few minutes add the goat cheese and place your buns on the grill to toast
Goat cheese doesn’t really melt so after it looks softened remove and place on bun with jam, baby arugula and pickled red onions
