Ingredients

3–4-pound TCC Chuck Roast
-
1 oz packet Au jus gravy
-
1 oz packet ranch
-
1/2 stick of butter
-
6 pepperoncini peppers
Directions
Place roast in crockpot.
Sprinkle Au Jus packet & ranch packet on top of the roast.
Place pepperoncini peppers on top of the roast. (add more for more spice)
Slice up the butter and place on top of roast.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Remove from crockpot & shred with a fork.
Serve with mashed potatoes & enjoy.
