Ingredients
TCC Denver steak
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and marinade in a covered bowl or bag 4 hrs or up to overnight
Heat cast iron pan until it just starts smoking
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Add steak to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side
Move pan to oven and cook until internal temp of 125-130 degrees F (medium)
Rest for 10 minutes
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy
