HOW IT WORKS

  • BUILD YOUR BOX

    Simply choose a Base Box of Ground Beef, Family Cuts or Premium Steaks (products in black).

  • CUSTOMIZE WITH ADD-ONS

    Enhance your box with optional Add-On Boxes (products in yellow). We offer 11 choices to suit your tastes. Add as many as you'd like to your order.

  • SELECT DELIVERY FREQUENCY

    Choose how often you'd like your box delivered: every month, every other month, or every quarter. You have the flexibility to pause or skip & cancel at any time to fit your needs.

  • SET IT & FORGET IT

    Once you've checked out, you're all set! Your subsequent orders will automatically be charged at your chosen frequency and shipped on the same day each month. You can also adjust the recurring date to better suit your schedule.

  • CHANGE THINGS UP

    You’re not locked into the same subscription bundle you signed up with! Consider swapping your base or add-on bundles when the seasons change or when you want to try something new!

HOW CAN I GET MY RANCH CLUB ORDER DELIVERED?

Choose from shipping nationwide or Treasure Valley home delivery. Subsequent orders are processed on the next delivery day possible, i.e. if your order happens to be processed on a Wednesday for shipping, your order will go out that following Monday, the next available shipping day. You will also still receive a follow up email with the details as each order is processed. If that date doesn't work, you can edit your delivery date within your account or email us at service@thomascattlecompany.com and we can adjust the delivery on your behalf.

HOW DO I ADD ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Easily add one-time products to your Ranch Club order through your online account under 'Manage Subscriptions.'

WHEN CAN I JOIN RANCH CLUB?

Membership opens periodically throughout the year. If you can't wait, you can secure your spot with a "Hold My Spot" subscription until you're ready to switch to a bundle.  You will pay $10 a month to be a part of the club till you are ready to switch to a bundle, when you are ready just go into your account and add your bundle to your account and remove the "Hold My Spot" product!
