Ingredients
- TCC Beef Belly
- 3 T yellow mustard
- 1/4 C bbq rub
- 1/2 C bbq sauce
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F.
Spread mustard all over
Season with BBQ rub (This recipe used Meat Church Holy Voodoo)
Smoke fat side down until internal temperature reads 195 degrees F
Cube up into 1-inch pieces, add to a foil pan and toss with more BBQ rub
Stir in BBQ sauce and smoke another hour or so until temperature reads 205 degrees F
Serve with your favorite sides

Tku for the burnt ends recipe. Now that I see how easy it is to make these, I may be inspired to order some meat.
