Owyhee Wagyu Osso Buco

Osso Buco, also known as Beef Shank.  Typically, this cut is prepared by braising very low and slow until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender.  The marrow from the bone makes this a very hearty and rich, flavorful dish.
