Ingredients
- TCC Beef Plate Ribs
- 3 T yellow mustard to coat
- 1/4 c beef rub
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F
Spread mustard all over ribs
Season all over with beef rub (This recipe used Hardcore Carnivore Black)
Smoke for 6-8 hrs until internal temperature between the bones reads 205 degrees F
Wrap tightly in foil and rest in an insulated cooler lined with towels for at least 1 hour
Serve with your favorite sides
