Ingredients
- 2 TCC Teres Major
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 2 t. Chopped thyme
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
Directions
Prepare grill to 400 degrees F
Salt and pepper all sides of Teres Major
Grill meat until 125 degrees F for medium rare
Rest meat for at least 10 minutes before serving
While meat is resting mix together butter, garlic and thyme and microwave for 20 seconds or until melted
Serve meat with your favorite sides and top with garlic herb butter
