TCC Holiday Prime Rib

For an easy holiday meal, just choose a TCC Prime Rib and use this simple recipe to guarantee a mouthwatering holiday meal that will have your guests saying "WOW!"
TCC Prime Rib
2 sticks softened butter
6 cloves garlic
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
Salt & pepper
Chop garlic and herbs and mix with softened butter in a bowl. Once mixed, place back in the fridge to chill spread mixture.
After chilling for 5 minutes, wipe off prime rib with a napkin or towel to remove moisture.
Spead butter mixture on sides and top of prime rib.
Cooking the Prime Rib
Place prime rib on a roasting pan or colling rack on top of a cookie sheet.
Roast at 500 degrees for 30 minutes.
Reduce temp to 325 and bake until desired temperature is achieved.
Rare = 115 -120 degrees
Medium Rare = 120-125 degrees
Medium = 125-130 degrees
Create a tent with tinfoil over the prime rib and rest for 30+ minutes.
