TCC Herb Butter Tenderloins

Ingredients

4 TCC Tenderloins
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and pepper
-
1 stick of softened butter
-
2 cloves of minced garlic
-
2 sprigs chopped thyme
Herb butter
Directions
Creating the Herb Butter:
Mix together softened butter with minced garlic and chopped thyme.
Using a piece of cling wrap, place the butter in the middle and fold over 2 sides.
With loose sides, begin rolling the covered butter in a log shape.
Twist up the sides and wrap the butter log then place in the fridge.
Cooking the Tenderloins:
Start with a screaming hot pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Salt and pepper the Tenderloin to your taste.
Cook for a couple of minutes per side until desired internal temperature.
Rare = 125 degrees
Med Rare = 130-135 degrees
Medium = 135-140 degrees
Medium Well = 140-150 degrees
When ready to serve, cut a slice of the herb butter and place on the tenderloin to melt over.
