Now Hiring - Fulfillment Specialist

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order processing, inventory management, and general stockroom and supply inventory and duties. The Fulfillment Specialist will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills.

They will work in tandem with the eCommerce and Marketing Manager to grow sales of the TCC direct-to-consumer website to deliver TCC beef efficiently and effectively to customers across the United States.

Position location is Oreana, ID. Roughly 30 hours per week. 

Pay - $17 - 19 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: 

M - 8 - 4

Wed - 8 - 3

Thurs - 8 - 3

Fri - 3 - 4 hours as needed, before local pickup weekends. 

Occasional Saturdays for order pickups in the Treasure Valley.

 

Pulling and packing shipping, home delivery and local pickup orders. Accurately and efficiently retrieve products from designated storage areas following order specifications.  Safely and securely package orders, ensuring that all items are securely wrapped and protected to prevent damage and arrive frozen and safely on the customer’s doorstep.

>>Receive incoming inventory, inspecting products for quality and quantities. Regularly restock shelves and backstock areas, insuring FIFO (first in, first out) for all products with proper organization and effective space utilization.  Inspect for damage, discrepancies, and other issues. Accurately record received items, update inventory systems, and notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies.

>>Packaging and staging products for pickups: prepare products for customer pickups by assembling and organizing orders in designated staging areas. Ensure that all necessary documentation and marketing materials are included with each order.

>>Maintains inventory and reorders shipping supplies as needed. To include but not limited to boxes, packing materials, dry ice, etc.

>>Assist with local pickups in the Treasure Valley occasionally and/or sample events at retailers we work with.

>>Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.

 

>>Performance Measurements:

1. Execute order requests with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

2. To provide direction and recommendations to management, based on current processes and procedures to save time and/or money for the company.

3. To provide informed, professional, and accurate service, communication and support to all customers and team members.

 

>>Knowledge and Skills:

Experience Knowledge of warehousing and fulfillment procedures an advantage. Willing to train for the right applicant that fits within culture and wants to grow in the role.


>>Education: High school diploma or equivalent.


Interpersonal Skills: Work involves extensive communication within the internal team and is an integral part of the role’s success. Occasionally interacts with customers or potential customers as sample day events in public. Must be able to effectively speak and engage customer and interested customers.


Other Skills: Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems/software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements: Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in a freezer space, including lifting boxes of beef and supplies up to 70#.

Work Environment: Team member will work in person at the ranch fulfillment freezer workspace in Oreana, ID. Workspace is ambient and freeze space, which will require warm gear during work shift.
