We're thrilled to introduce you to TCC Ranch Club, an exclusive membership tailored for our most loyal customers. With TCC Ranch Club, you get to customize your beef experience according to your family's size and preferences, ensuring you receive the cuts you love most.

 

How it Works:

1. Build Your Box

Click on the "Build Your TCC Ranch Club Box" button below to get started. Choose your "Base Box" from options including Ground Beef Box, Family Box, or Premium Box.

2. Customize with Add-Ons

Enhance your box with optional Add-On Boxes. We offer 11 choices to suit your tastes. Add as many as you'd like to your order.

3. Select Delivery Frequency

Choose how often you'd like your box delivered: every month, every other month, or every quarter. You have the flexibility to pause, skip, or cancel at any time to fit your needs.

4. Add Notes for Customization

At checkout, let us know any specific preferences or details for your order. Whether it's special requests for your Add-On Boxes or details about your family size, we'll do our best tailor your box to meet your needs. 

5. Set It and Forget It

Once you've checked out, you're all set! Your subsequent orders will automatically be charged at your chosen frequency and shipped on the same day each month. You can also adjust the recurring date to better suit your schedule.

FAQ's

• Delivery Options: Choose from shipping nationwide, home delivery (within Treasure Valley, Idaho). Unfortunately, due to the popularity of Ranch Club, we are unable to offer free local pickup due to the volume of orders. Subsequent orders are processed on the next delivery day possible. I.e. if your order happens to be processed on a Wednesday for shipping, your order will go out that following Monday, the next available shipping day. You will also still receive a follow up email with the details as each order is processed. If that date doesn't work for you, email us at service@thomascattlecompany.com and we can adjust the delivery to make it work for you.

• Adding One-Time Purchases: Easily add one-time products to your Ranch Club order through your online account under 'Manage Subscriptions.'

• Joining TCC Ranch Club: Membership opens periodically throughout the year. If you can't wait, you can secure your spot with a "Hold My Spot" subscription until you're ready to switch to a bundle.  You will pay $10 a month to be a part of the club till you are ready to switch to a bundle, when you are ready just go into your account and add your bundle to your account and removed the "Hold My Spot" product!
