About Ranch Club

Here at TCC we are excited to be able to offer an exclusive Ranch Club for our most loyal customers. 

TCC Ranch Club is customizable to meet the needs for your family size and chosen cuts - simply choose a Base Box of Ground Beef, Family Cuts or Premium Steaks (options in black) and Add On bundles (options in yellow) based on your preferences. You can even include items like our snack sticks or whole cut beef jerky. TCC Ranch Club orders are available for Nationwide Shipping, Treasure Valley Local Delivery and Mountain Home, ID Local Pickup.

The TCC Ranch Club will only open up a few times throughout the year so make sure you are signed up for our VIP emails and texts!

Manage your subscriptions at any time under 'Manage Subscriptions' Change frequency, add cuts, change bundles, pause or cancel. 

 

How it Works

1. Click on the "Build Your TCC Ranch Club Box" button below.

2. Select your "Base Box", the options are Ground Beef Box, Family Box or Premium Box. 

3. Select your "Add On" Boxes (optional), we have 11 options to choose from and you can add on as many as you would like! 

4. Choose delivery for every month, every other month or every quarter. Remember you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time. 

5. At checkout there will be a spot to add notes for your TCC Ranch Club order, if you have any preferences on your add on boxes or if you ordered the Family Box and need to tell us the size of your family/how much of each cut you need to make a meal for the family please add those notes in here. This will help us build your boxes to fit your wants and needs!

6. Once you checkout you can "set it and forget it!" Subsequent orders will automatically be charged at the frequency you have selected and on the same day of the month as your original order. We can also adjust the day of the month that you'd prefer to have it reoccur.

By being a TCC Ranch Club Member you get priority on all of our cuts, which means we will be pulling all the beef for our TCC Ranch Club members before putting them on the website for the public.

All of our TCC Ranch Club Bundles are built around their total value, the more you buy, the bigger the discount. You never have to worry about if you're getting your money's worth as you will always be getting the determined value (or more!) in each box you receive!

Yep, you read that right! Our Ranch Club Members will be getting our Ground Beef for $6 a pound all of 2023!

 

FAQs

Is there a monthly or annual fee to be a member of the TCC Ranch Club?

Nope, there is no fee to be a TCC Ranch Club Member! All you will pay is the amount of the bundle you build, including tax and the delivery method you choose!

What are the delivery options available for Ranch Club Boxes?

TCC Ranch Club orders are available for shipping in the lower 48 states, Home Delivery (within the Treasure Valley, Idaho area) or Local Pickup in Mountain Home, ID.

Subsequent orders are processed will take place on the next delivery day possible. I.e if your order happens to be processed on a Wednesday for shipping, your order will go out that following Monday, the next available shipping day. You will also still receive the normal follow up email with the details as each order is processed. If that date doesn't work for you no worries, shoot us an email at service@thomascattlecompany.com and we can adjust the delivery to make it work for you.

How come your bundles don't show weight of what we'll get?

When we built the ranch club bundles, we wanted to make sure our customers were getting the full value of all cuts as there is a wide variation of price between some cuts. So instead of weights, we went with value of the package.

When you choose say a Rancher's Steaks Small bundle for $79, you are guaranteed to get a minimum of $89 value+ in steaks in that bundle. 

Can I add one-time purchases to my Ranch Club order?

Yes, once you login to your online account under 'Manage Subscriptions' it will give you an option to add one-time products to your order so it can all be processed at once. Don't worry if you forget and accidentally create a new order just email us at service@thomascattlecompany.com and we will get it added to your upcoming order.

What if I want in the club but just not for a few weeks, will I be able to join whenever?

No, due to making sure we can handle supply for our Ranch Club Members we will only be taking a certain amount of members and then the Ranch Club will be closed. No worries though we will open it a few times a year for new members to join.

But if you really don't want to have to wait a few months to join you can order a "Hold My Spot." By ordering the "Hold My Spot" it does exactly that. You will pay $10 a month to be apart of the club until you are ready to add a Base Bundle. When you are ready, just go into your account and add your Base Bundle and any Add On Bundles to your account and remove the "Hold My Spot" product!

Hold My Spot is only available for 3 months per customer before a Base Bundle must be chosen.

I was already in a subscription bundle, can I switch to the TCC Ranch Club? 

Yes, as long as the TCC Ranch Club is currently open. Once you log into your subscription page under 'Manage Subscriptions', delete your old subscription and in the product search bar type 'Ranch Club' and all available options you can add will populate. Don't forget to first add your Base Box Bundle and then any Add On Bundles you prefer.
