Ingredients

TCC Carne Asada

TCC Diced Carne Asada

TCC Skirt Steak
-
Oil of your choosing (for marinating)

Rodriguez Bakery Tortillas

Rodriguez Bakery Salsa
-
Limes

Packet of Starlight Herb & Spice Co. Spices
Directions
Place defrosted beef in Ziplock bag with a little bit of oil (what you normally use in your household is perfect)
Add the spice packet from Starlight Herb & Spice Co.
Close the bag and shake, mix, and massage the beef, oil and spices all together so that all the beef is fully covered.
Marinate the beef for at least an hour, longer if preferred. While marinating, place in refrigerator.
Remove the beef from the refrigerator, if necessary, and bring to room temperature before cooking.
Skirt Steak and Carne Asada can be cooked on a grill, pan or griddle. Diced Carne Asada should be cooked in a pan or on a griddle.
Cook to your liking, for Carne Asada and Skirt Steaks typically 3-4 minutes on each side is ideal. 2 - 3 minutes for Diced Carne Asada in your pan.
Chop the Skirt Steak and Carne Asada into strips or cubes.
Heat up tortillas in a pan or on a griddle.
Add beef mixture to tortillas, top with salsa and a fresh squeeze of lime juice.
